I’m Chloe, a New York City based high school junior, designer, and founder of CC Designs, a graphic design company creating custom pieces such as blankets, bedding, notebooks, stationary, pouches, playing cards and more. 

 

Since I was young, my parents have instilled in me the importance of community service. Their teachings have led me to various community action projects and volunteering opportunities through the years. Through CC Designs, I have fundraised for United Jewish Appeal (UJA) camp scholarships by donating a percentage of profits. At The Washington Heights Y, I have led dance classes for children with physical disabilities, and directed drives for hats, gloves, and winter clothing. I have also participated in “runs” with Midnight Run in Manhattan, and served at many food pantries around NYC. I currently tutor for Saturday Morning Tutoring, a program at my school that provides free one-on-one tutoring to underprivileged students from the Bronx. 

 

Giving back to my community and volunteering with organizations has become something that I value, enjoy, and try to do whenever I can. Therefore, I’m really excited to use my design skills for good, here at Pieces with Purpose. Since launching CC Designs in 2018, I have discovered a huge demand for custom products. Putting two and two together, I launched Pieces with Purpose as a means of harnessing that demand to benefit others. 

 

In my free time, I love to dance, and have performed at the San Francisco Opera House. Additionally, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
