Our first purposeful piece was a specially designed pouch that was distributed to residents ofThe Jewish Board and UJA (United Jewish Appeal)'s emergency and transitional shelters for women and families who have experienced domestic violence. The 100 pouches we donated were filled with personal hygiene products, including deodorant, toothpaste, soap, menstrual products and more.
